When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
On the rare occasion that we are unable to ship orders the same day a message will be displayed in the checkout showing revised shipping times.
UK delivery
Standard UK shipping is FREE on orders over £30!
Standard Cards & Patches (1-3 days Royal Mail estimated): £1.50
Standard (2-4 days Royal Mail estimated): £3.00 (or free over £30)
Express (1-2 days Royal Mail estimated): £4.90 (or £2.90 over £30)
Guaranteed Next Working Day (next working day Royal Mail): £12.00
International Delivery
Standard international shipping is FREE on orders over £100!
Standard (8-12 days estimated): £5.00
Tracked & Faster (5-8 days estimated): £10.00
Express Courier UPS or similar (2-5 days estimated): £38.00
Please note, these are Royal Mail's estimated times and are not guaranteed. Please allow up to 30 days for international delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your order and would like to return or exchange an item please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide details of how to return the item(s).
Please then return the item(s) in their original condition within 30 days and we will issue a refund, or exchange the item if preferred.
